We are excited to share some wonderful news with our families and community!

Chapter1 Daycare Royal Oak has been selected to receive funding through Alberta’s Inclusive Spaces Program Grant. This grant supports early learning programs that are working to make childcare more inclusive and welcoming for every child and family.

Our application was chosen from a large number of submissions, and we are honoured that our commitment to inclusion has been recognized. The grant provides $7,651.42 in funding, which will allow us to:

• Purchase new equipment and materials that promote cultural, linguistic, and inclusive learning experiences.

• Strengthen our ability to support children of all backgrounds, abilities, and needs.

• Continue building a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels they truly belong.

The grant term runs until March 31, 2026, and our team will be working on exciting updates in the months ahead. We look forward to sharing progress with our families as new resources are added to our classrooms.
