Opening Phase II for July

Phase I of the learning center is now Full. We are now expanding Phase II of the center and accepting registrations starting in July 2016 and beyond. If you are considering child care services, we now offer full-time, part-time, flex, and occasional drop-in services to make it more convenient to fit your schedule.

Chapter 1 Daycare is a childcare and early learning center specifically designed to meet the needs of working families. The center hosts special activities on weekends and is also available for private event rentals to the public. We provide:
